The Studebaker Drivers Club (SDC) is a world-wide organization founded in 1962 by a group of Studebaker owners. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in Studebaker history and vehicles.
The Vancouver Island Chapter became a chartered Chapter of the SDC in 1975 after a group of Studebaker enthusiasts from around Vancouver Island decided that having a local Chapter would add value to the local Studebaker community. We currently have approximately 40 members on Vancouver Island and in the surrounding area of British Columbia, Canada. We are also a registered Society under the laws of British Columbia. We generally meet on a monthly basis and we like to have events where our Studebaker vehicles get some “exercise” as part of the event! We publish a regular newsletter, which includes information related to the hobby as well as technical tips and other resources for our members. We also have a Facebook page.
